1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and aa6 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://aa6.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or wagering incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific terms.
• "Game" means any wagering product available on the Platform, including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and instant games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and source-of-funds verification process required by the Company.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is restricted or blocked by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in eligible Games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any Game on the Platform. This minimum age applies regardless of the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence. The Company makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and the Company accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or associated Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance or winnings therein.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to notify the Company promptly of any changes to your registration details.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Company operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or when triggered by the Company's compliance procedures:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport);
• Proof of current residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement).

Processing of withdrawals may be delayed until KYC requirements are satisfied. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, subject to availability and the Company's current operational arrangements. These include, without limitation: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary without notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made in MYR or the cryptocurrency equivalent as specified. The Company reserves the right to set or adjust deposit limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method or account that has previously been used for a deposit, subject to the same User's verified identity. The Company targets a processing time of up to five (5) business days for standard withdrawal requests, though DuitNow and FPX payments may be processed considerably faster. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may take longer. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates in MYR as its base currency. Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrencies, will be converted at the exchange rate determined by the Company's payment processor at the time of the transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free rounds offered by aa6 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms. The contribution of each game category towards meeting Wagering Requirements may differ; slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live dealer table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements; and collusion between Users. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds, and permanently suspend the relevant Account or Accounts.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new, first-time Account holders only. A User who has previously held an Account on the Platform, or who is found to have created a new Account for the purpose of claiming a welcome offer, will not be entitled to that offer.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Each Game available on the Platform operates under its own specific rules displayed within the Game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with those rules before participating. All Game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by professional croupiers in licensed streaming environments. The Company does not interfere with Game outcomes.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Winning or recovering losses is never guaranteed.

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by the Company's Sports Betting Rules document, which forms part of this Agreement by reference and is accessible via the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to defraud the Company, other Users, or payment processors;
• Use software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way not intended;
• Exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs in Games, and you agree to report any such issues to the Company immediately;
• Engage in any form of collusion or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets;
• Use the Platform to process transactions linked to any criminal activity, including money laundering;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity to the Company;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and audio, is the property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa6 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 By the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that you have breached this Agreement; have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; or if required to do so by any regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gambling

Users may voluntarily close or self-exclude their Accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests relating to problem gambling will be treated with priority and will not be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as requested by the User. 11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, any remaining Balance at the time of closure (net of any voided Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and provided that no outstanding investigation is ongoing.

12. Complaints Procedure

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform or this Agreement, please contact the aa6 support team in the first instance via live chat, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by email to the address listed on the Platform. Our support team targets an initial response within four (4) hours for email complaints and three to five (3–5) minutes for live chat queries.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team, whose contact details are available upon request. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under rules applicable in the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation, conducted in the English language.

14. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, which may include a notification on the homepage or a notice within your Account dashboard. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
